When taking an ROA please use the payment memo to record what type of payment form was used(mastercard, visa, cash, debit etc) If you do not use this no where on the ROA receipt does it show the payment type. Please use the check no. space to record the cheque number. Thanks.

maybe point out who's not using it.. being held accountable for actions tends to ensure bad habits don't continue... just my humble opinion
