Product Info sheets


Managers for all stores are going to have to RE-THINK how they handle the Product Info sheets on the CQ-LINK - we are seeing more of these and we need to think how we get the proper staff to make sure they have read these?

We hope these will continue - as we need the product knowledge .... so how do we make sure the staff read them ... on LOW TECH solution I have used ( years and years ago ) is a CLIP BOARD and set the staff numbers on each page --and have staff INITIAL as they read. Keep the clip board in a central spot and make sure you post something on a REGULAR ( err ..daily ...?) basis ont he board so staff have a reason to get into the habit of reading.

Or a higher tech way would be forward as an attachment on their e-mail ....

Managers choice -- but something needs to be done --- and remember -- you as the store manager are expected to review the product and make sure you have set the stock level as required ... your notes on wht you ahev done will be most helpful to any staff reading the communication.
