If you search on this BLOG ( upper left hand box ) for UNIVERSITY you will see posts that go back to 2006 on CQ-U. This site seems to change URL's like you & I change socks --so to have the most up to date info I added a Plaxo entry ( www.carquest.com/learning ) and your store manager has the user name & password. We still feel that new staff should have a log-in all their won -- we are working on this but Raleigh seems more concerned with keeping the staff users up to date rather than the amount of face time new users actually spend using it ... can you spell IMPASS ?? This is not the first time we have requested additional user log-in's -- but -- oh well ... we can keep trying.
