please remember we are NOT to use this knowledge to look up items for our customers ... we need to understand this and similar sites - so we can urge our customers to get the tools they need to identify problems ...a subscription to this service should PAY not cost a good shop when they understand the issues.

they are now online with mitchells--interesting point; mitchls was missing a tsb that was on weblink however weblink was missing suggested repair so I brought up directhit and sure enough direct hit has all info--raised some eyebrows--the techs liked the layout and might be interested in enrolling .....from call sheet by Neil
