Lary's tech meeting held last night was both good and bad
First the bad -- a very dismal effort by most salesmen left the room nearly empty .... we are hostage to other team players efforts on what we plan --
The Good ( which also can be BAD ... ) Lary hilighted the efforts to and reasons to push for RIGHT TO REPAIR

Lary hi-lighted many examples of problems that can cause tech's to really 'pull out their hair'. Ryan, Ken,Barry, Greg G, Pete and Greg H attended on behalf of the stores ( missing where Neil & Shawn --- and a whole bunch of customers ) -- we will try to not make that mistake again ...:-(
