flush out duplicate parts - in CLB

what can you do to sell off the individual bulbs FIRST …case in point CLB 211-2 vs – CLB BP 211-2 … stores still have some various numbers in stock –how to flush out the single bulbs from the 10 pac's -- as qwe have pretty much all gone to the blister pac's for all customers ??
