What is the difference in NOT FOUND and CALL STORE ?? See image - click on image to make larger

NOT FOUND is --the part is NOT in the DC computer -- we wonder why this happens so often --we encourage the warehouse to LOAD all available parts into their ADIS computer system - this way we know pricing and they can track special orders. Put pressure on Peter McNally and his crew to get all known sku's into the system - happens all too often.

--- or the line code for the part in e-cat is wrong (usually many-all parts in same group do not show - an easy fix - post feedback and Brian Wiggs can fix quickly - this is somewhat rare )

CALL STORE -- the warehouse does not stock -- you will have to try other sources or get Elsa to order direct from Mfg.
