many new items on CQ-link

after a slow period - there are a few items of notice on the CARQUEST-link.

Note -- often there are notices -- but we have to have all the pieces in the right order. For example the StarBrite marine chemicals was posted earlier - but the data wasn't in the Parts Source CD - so we have to wait for that piece of the puzzle to fall into place

Another problem is the DELAY in getting the sub-line or the line code into our system. We can FORCE the action IF we know what we want --for example we can use 11-2 to request a line code or sub-line to be added ( during the evening usually )

Finally the last problem is when the price comes up with zero's ( 00.00 ) -usually indicating we are missing the billing schedule for the line--a quick call to Angela at 800-828-7404 ext 3020 will solve that for the ext day normally.
