We are in the process of updating out OUTSIDE purchases stamp and Rhonda has some test STICKERS to use so we can ALL: evaluate the data requested and the layout.

LOD - DOG - UP this is the same -- but we need you to THINK -- not everything can be DOG ... set up levels as required
$ Amount sold for -- we want to see the margin made on the sale - we have costs that have to be covered - like the cost of cutting a cheque and mailing - the risk of return charges if the customer doesn't want ( and RETURN FREIGHT too boot)
NET $ - if the cost is NOT shown on the packing slip - fill this out --if shown - only box you can skip
FREIGHT billed --if NO freight recovered -- but a ZERO -- and remember some freight recovered is better than NO FREIGHT recovered.
Invoice # and DATE -- pretty straightforward
CQ Equivalent Part # -- this is a NEW and a BIGGIE -- we want this data ... if CQ doesn't have a part # -- you may get a call from Greg H for more info ... we REALLY NEED this info
