For your Cash Customers --we hope that you start the process off by FIRST asking for their phone # ... then all sorts of good things start to happen ....
One small point -- at some point your cash customer will sell a car and trade up -- so instead of asking which Chev Malibu ... your 2010 or your 1995 .... and having to have the customer say -I sold the 95 and got the 2010 ... all the time --go in and remove the now OBSOLETE vehicle .. we have mentioned this to Shawn and Debbie & Ken ( covering all 3 stores ) and asked them to ensure staff UNDERSTAND what we are trying to do .... a nice touch appreciated by our cash customers we think.
