Greg Guyitt mentioned he is confused at PRS ( Product Resolution System ) when it tells him he has a part # with EXISTING KNOWN PROBLEMS ( see first image ) but can't see the other issues.
The second image is on a web browser without the KNOWN PROBLEMS --and you can see the existing problems ... if you are reporting the same thing --you can confirm that ... BUT ...if you have a NEW problem with that part then continue and post as such.
IE8 and Chrome are known problems for PRS ( as of this date ) ... Foxfire and IE 7 or older or Mac Safari work fine. We hope that CARQUEST gets this problem fixed on IE8 --as who wants to use an older web browser ( and the related known security issues )
