Note to all COUNTERMEN ... please take a screen shot ( click here if you do NOT have Gadwin ) of your resolved and you active PRS ( Product Resolution System ) summary ( like pictured on this image ...print and sent to Rhonda.
Please have this in by the end of the month (Aug). Should you find you have misplaced your user name or password see your store manager and he will contact Tim Folks at Raleigh to get you set back up ... Please make sure we can see your name ( upper right hand side of page ) .... remember to get into Rhonda by end of August. And to send BOTH Active and Resolved pages ....
