We have set up a CLOUD spreadsheet ( cloud refers to the fact that the actual data is somewhere out on the internet - floating like a cloud ) -- for the lines and months that these lines need to be counted in.
Managers have ability to EDIT. Your store may use the actual data or print the data and use a paper copy for any one month - time & your comments will tell us what the common sense way is.
Using Google Docs make it much easier for keeping the data up to date and consistent in all stores.
