Tale of 2 Carquest stores
We have a customer that drives 25 minutes to get his BMW parts from us. It started when he called us about a rad overflow bottle for BMW. We said no problem and got it in the next day from worldpac(10 in stock). When he picked it up he said he called 5 other jobbers including a CQ store and was told dealer item only. We were the only ones that actually looked. He has since been back 3 times for other parts. Make sure we are looking and asking others if you have to say no.
