working with stores to make sure they have their overstock return PROFILE updated .... If you have TOO large of a suggested return --then NOTHING gets returned.You specify the entire LINE in the profile - but you specify the individual sub-line ...err...PN code to use the awkward Exploris term in the VENDOR>LINE>ORDER SPECIFICS menu --see the image attached to this --it is for lien CTC and PN code #4 -- O rings that we omit from returns ... similar would be Dorman wheel studs ...etc etc ...
