Ken at D&T had customers asking for a particular battery - at first they asked for "Chorlide' batteries --this turns out to be a brand name of Exide - once we had the spec sheet --East Penn identified as a 8KFS Scrubber-Sweeper battery. A phone call to Toronto purchasing goes unanswered ..then a follow up e-mail -- but Greg Guytt from Auto Barn walks by and hears the story -- he goes back to his store and submits a FEEDBACK FORM on the NEW Beta test form his store is using --and within one hour Mike Deal from Raleigh calls them and it is handled .... it took weeks for one order as a special order --now with the warehouse stocking we can get overnight
